We are Summer School 2019 - Group 10. This is our project question:

Getting it right for our customers is a key priority for DWP balancing empathy, policy and efficiency. Equally, do our line managers get it right for our employees in the same way?

We have been challenged to explore how we can help and support our line managers to get the balance right for our people in DWP to be at their best.

To help answer our Summer School question, we have created a survey to gather evidence which we hope will support our line of inquiry.

By completing this survey you give us permission to analyse and include your responses in our results. All responses will be anonymous and treated confidentially.
