Employment Data Lab Customer Survey v2.0

Closed 31 May 2020

Opened 12 Nov 2019

Overview

The Employment Data Lab will be a service provided by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

The service is designed to evaluate the employment related impact of interventions carried out by external organisations.

The Data Lab is currently being developed and this survey has been commissioned to help ensure the service meets the needs of its users; organisations like yours.

The survey asks a series of questions about your organisation, the interventions you carry out and the types of people you work with.  This information will be used to inform the design of the Employment Data Lab service.

In order to complete the survey, you will need to know details of the different interventions that your organisation delivers. This will include were the intervention takes place, how it is funded, who is it targeted at, the number of participants, and how long your organisaiton has been delivering the intervention. You can save the survey and return to it at any point if needed.

All responses will be stored securely and will be anonymised before being used in analysis.

Data gathered from this survey will only be used by the Data Lab team, for the purpose of developing the Data Lab.

Your responses to this survey will not affect your future entitlement to apply for use of the Employment Data Lab.

For more information on the Data Lab, please see the attached 'Introduction to the Employment Data Lab' in the related documents section below.
